SHIPPING OPTIONS

Expedited Shipping Service Vs. Express Shipping Services
US Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days) is available for select regions. It is not a guaranteed service. Guaranteed Express Shipping options are being offered such as 2nd day and Overnight services.

 

International Shipping
Import Tax/Duties may be charged upon delivery (based on value) for international orders.


NOTE: Free STANDARD DOMESTIC ( (3-8 Business Days)) Shipping on orders over $75 with "FREESHIP" code at the checkout  is available for Continental US Only.  Alaska & Hawaii do not qualify for this promotion.  Please note that only one coupon code is allowed per order. 


 

    ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

    • All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you cannot cancel your order after placing it.
    • Once your order is placed, we cannot allow you to change the size or swap items. Please carefully review your order prior to checking out.
    • Although we will always try our best to package your order and ship it the next business day, please allow 1-2 days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 days during high-volume periods (i.e. new capsule collection release).

    • Please note that there will be no deliveries on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays for Expedited shipping options such as 2nd Day and Overnight Services. Also unless the order comes in before 10AM PT, it will be shipped next business day. 
    • Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out.  

    • If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.


      RETURN POLICY (14-DAY POLICY)

      • All returns must be pre-authorized. RMA number will be issued once the return is authorized. PLEASE DO NOT SENT ANY ITEM BACK WITHOUT RMA.
      • Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product or if you would like to switch out an item size with respect to stock availability. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and customers are responsible for return shipping.

      • Store credit may also be issued if you are not satisfied with your size and a size exchange is not possible due to stock non-availability.

      • Refunds/Returns are allowed only if you receive defective product (within 7 days of receipt). Tags must be attached.

      Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on delivery confirmation), we can’t offer you store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
